• All lease paperwork needs to be signed by all parties before keys will be issued.
• Rent and fees that are due need to be paid prior to receiving keys.
• Trash needs to be promptly disposed of at our compactor or dumpster.
• Any large items such as old furniture can be taken to the local landfill.

You can sign up to pay your bill online free of charge or if needed there is a local customer service office within 5 minutes of our community for quick payent options. You can easily set up service over the phone or online. It usually takes at least 3 days for the transfer of electricity to be turned on, so remember to call ahead before move-in.
